Terms and Conditions
Elyx, herein referred to as "the Company," is an online platform that provides short-form videos for small business owners. These terms and conditions serve as the legal agreement between Elyx and you (referred to herein as "you," "the client," or "user") and the organization you represent.
BY REGISTERING ON THIS PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE ELYX’S SERVICES.

1. Services
1.1 Video Production
Our service helps small businesses create high-quality video content for social media. Clients can choose templates, collaborate with model creators, and receive final video content.
1.2 Delivery
Elyx guarantees timely delivery of ordered videos. Delays caused by client inaction (e.g. sending products, approvals) are not the responsibility of Elyx .
1.3 Project Scope
Once an order is placed, no changes to the script, creator, or video type are allowed.
1.4 Updates
Clients receive updates via the dashboard and email throughout the production process.
1.5 Packages
Services are available via monthly subscriptions or one-time "one-shot" orders. Subscription billing recurs monthly unless canceled.
1.6 Model Creators
Clients may choose creators (if the add-on is purchased) or be matched automatically. Failure to choose within 48 business hours results in automatic assignment.
1.7 Pricing
Final pricing is agreed upon at checkout. Discounts are at Elyx's discretion. Prices may change without prior notice.
1.8 Billing
Clients are responsible for canceling subscriptions before the next billing date to avoid automatic charges.
1.9 Feedback
Discounted clients must attend monthly feedback calls via Zoom and provide testimonials. Refusal may result in service termination or loss of discount.
1.10 Video Posting
If Elyx posts on behalf of the client, it is not liable for any platform-related account issues (e.g., bans).
1.11 Use of Video Content
Videos may be used on social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon). Other uses require permission.
1.12 Misuse of Video Content
All usage outside of Section 1.11 requires prior written approval from Elyx.
1.13 Editing Submitted Videos
Clients purchasing raw files must edit them legally. Unacceptable edits may result in takedown requests by Elyx or the model creator.
1.14 Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable unless Elyx cannot deliver the agreed video.
1.15 "Fake" UGC
Creators may not falsely claim product usage. No exceptions.
1.16 Liability
Clients agree to hold Elyx and its creators harmless from legal claims relating to the video or products depicted.
1.17 Suspension and Termination
Elyx may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms without notice.
1.18 Retention of Video Content
Videos will be stored for 30 days post-delivery. After that, storage is not guaranteed.
1.19 Model Creator Travel
If travel is needed for creators, the client must cover costs or arrange transportation.
2. Products
2.1 Product Warranty
Do not send illegal or harmful products. Elyx may dispose of such items without notice.
2.2 Product Return
Products are not returned unless requested. Clients must cover shipping and handling. Elyx is not liable for damages during transit.
2.3 Use of Product
Elyx is not responsible for product damage during production, transport, or storage.
3. Access to Service
3.1 Accounts and Registration
Users must safeguard login credentials and notify Elyx of any unauthorized use. Elyx is not liable for account misuse.
